Depeche Mode to headline Rock-Am-Ring 2006
Depeche Mode to headline Rock-Am-Ring 2006 As the legendary German festivals Rock-Am-Ring and Rock-Im-Park drew to a close this weekend, the organizers of the festival, Marek Lieberberg Konzertagentur, announced that headliners for the 2006 edition of the twin-festivals will include Depeche Mode. The 2006 festival is set to take place from June 2nd to June 4th. Other names shortlisted for the event include Linkin Park and System Of A Down. For Depeche Mode the announcement indicates a dedication to a long tour in support of the forthcoming album. With the tour set to start this fall in America, and hit Europe for the first time in early 2006, this leaves hope for the parts of the world which have been overlooked on the past couple of tours. |
